Senior Murex Developer 职位描述The OTC Operations Development team is part of the Financial Markets Solution Delivery – Operations I.T. department.We design solutions to the Middle Office, Back Office, Product Control (reconciliation and accounting) and Regulators for three derivatives asset classes (Interest rate derivatives, FX Options, Credit Derivatives) inclusive of confirmation delivery and workflows, templating design, publishment and storage. The technologies we used are a mix of vendor systems and in-house developments. The current conditions on the capital market industry have opened exciting opportunities and strategic projects are scheduled for the short to long term future. We therefore need new talent which at their core are motivated and technology passionate people to drive these projects to a successful completion. Murex Developer (3-5 Years Experience) Key roles & responsibilities -Interact with the users to gather core business requirements and or assist with the support of both UAT/DR -Design smart and scalable solutions following the banks development standards -Coordinate with other teams within FMSD and Global Technology Operations -Provide 2nd line support -Provide accurate status updates and engage all relevant stakeholders in partnership. Functional skills -Investment banking / Derivatives -Trade life cycle -Middle and Back office processes (trade validation, fixing, settlements, accounting, confirmation, clearing) -FO/BO exchange integration experience highly sort after but not mandatory -SWIFT messaging and integration Technical skills (sorted by decreasing importance): -Murex (MXG configurations/Payment/Publisher/Datamart) – Highly Valued -Murex (MXML, Tasks, Workflows, XSLT, Templates, MQ) – Highly Valued -Murex (MReport, Dynamic Table, Simulation, Datamart, Feeders, Optimization, Processing Script) – Highly Valued -Financial Markets Knowledge in particular derivatives processing – Highly Valued -Murex (Trade Workflow, Market Operations, UDF configurations) – Optional -Murex (Payment queue, validation, workflow, configurations, STP) - Optional -Basic technical knowledge in Unix scripting and RDMS -Knowledge Sybase and or Oracle Database platforms inclusive of the construction of complex database queries/updates. -Programming (Java, C++, C Sharp, XML) Soft skills: -Motivated, passionate about technology and the Financial Markets -Proactive, self starter, autonomous, good analytical skills -Good team spirit -Strong level of Oral and Written English Example of 2nd line support issue: Trade netting procedure is crashing for a set of trades, provide a workaround. Example of small project: Implement interfaces with payment and confirmation matching system GTSS to allow increase automation.
